El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar y desarrollar un Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) para la gestión de contrataciones en la Universidad Nacional del Noroeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (UNNOBA). Esta herramienta permitirá consolidar y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño, facilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas en el área. A través de la implementación del CMI, se busca optimizar los procesos de contratación, mejorar la eficiencia administrativa y garantizar la transparencia en la gestión. La propuesta se fundamenta en la necesidad de contar con un sistema estructurado de medición y control que contribuya al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos institucionales.
The objective of this study is to design and develop a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for contract management at the National University of the Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires (UNNOBA). This tool will allow for the consolidation and analysis of key performance indicators, facilitating strategic decision-making in the área. Through the implementation of the BSC, the aim is to optimize contracting processes, improve administrative efficiency, and ensure transparency in management. The proposal is based on the need for a structured measurement and control system that contributes to achieving the institution's strategic objectives.
